JoAnna is a past Commissionor and served as Chair for 2 years. She is now an active volunteer of OCAC. JoAnna owns Blue Heron Art Studio located in Oxford where she offers a gallery, art lessons, pet portraits and landscape commissions.

 

Her goal is to strengthen community bonds thru the Arts by putting together new programs that bring all ages together, foster healing, inspiration and reconnecting with nature.
